El Consultor de Telemarketing es encargado de ponerse en contacto con posibles clientes para lograr agendar citas. Con el fin de proveer informacin acerca del producto y sus caractersticas, con la nica finalidad de que los Consultores de medios digitales logren convencer a los prospectos y cerrar la venta.
Requisitos:Un ao (1) o ms de experiencia como Consultor de Tele-Marketing, ventas, cobros o rol similar.Grado asociado o Bachillerato completado en Administracin de Empresas o rea relacionada.Excelente conocimiento sobre sistemas de computadora (ejemplo: CRM software) y sistema de telefona.Enfocado a resultados y el poder cumplir la cuota semanal de citas requeridas.Habilidad para aprender sobre nuestros productos y/o servicios, saber describirlos y explicarlos a posibles prospectos.Ofrecer seguimiento a posibles prospectos para conseguir cita.Ser persuasivo y hbil en el manejo de objeciones.Excelente comunicacin verbal.
