As our Associate Director - CX Billing & Self-Service Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of designing and executing a groundbreaking transformation initiative from the ground up. Collaborating closely with product management teams, IT centers of excellence, PMOs, and partners across the enterprise, you'll serve as a change agent in our highly matrixed organization. Agility, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills will be essential as you navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change. Your role will encompass elements of program leadership, project management, product management, and agile methodology, making you a key player in our transformational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Design: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy for digital transformation, aligning it with enterprise objectives and customer needs. Design the program framework, governance structure, and key milestones working in lockstep with the CX Billing & Self Service product management team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments and functions, including product management, IT centers of excellence, PMOs, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and drive collective success.
  • Change Leadership: Serve as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and fostering a mindset of agility and innovation across the organization. Lead by example, inspiring others to embrace change and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Agile Project Management: Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects and initiatives, ensuring rapid iteration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. Facilitate cross-functional agile delivery squads to deliver tangible results efficiently.
  • Product Management: Act as a strategic partner to the product management team, contributing to and supporting product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Communication and Presentation: Communicate complex concepts and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership. Deliver compelling presentations that inspire confidence and drive alignment towards shared goals.
Qualifications:
  • years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture.
  • Ability to design and implement programs and projects that align with organizational objectives and drive transformative change.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic roadmaps and project plans that effectively achieve desired outcomes, rather than forcing objectives into standard program template.
  • Ability to influence others at all levels and move toward a common goal and definition of success by leveraging best practices for co-creation and leadership engagement alignment.
  • Familiarity with agile and enterprise design thinking methodologies.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills including strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere, high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain relationships in a highly complex and changing environment.
  • Adept at partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to co-develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in program, project, and agile management tools, with an adaptability to new technologies and methodologies; a solid background in both waterfall and agile development and delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast, track, and manage project financials effectively. Proven experience in budgeting, cost estimation, financial forecasting, and reporting for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
