THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a member of the Merchandise Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst I will partner with various business units in support of the Merchandising planning and forecast process as well as reporting, analytics and other ad hoc business requests.

y YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

Being a Finance partner to Merchandising, Marketing, Planning & Inventory, Strategy, and AccountingSupport Merchandising strategy by analyzing the profitability of Bodycare & Skincare brands and financial impacts of new brands or strategiesLeading budget and forecast process for Bodycare & Skincare sales, funding, and expenses collaborating with various partnersOwning forecasting, reporting tools and analytics on brand profitability. Identifying opportunities to drive funding rate improvements and expense reductions.Driving analytics and communication to internal stakeholders and business leaders to identify trends and forecast variance drivers as well as relevant risks, opportunities, and recommendationsPreparing weekly, period and quarterly reporting and executive presentations that summarize financial resultsQuery existing systems to extract data for reporting and analyticsPerforming ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:Undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Statistics/Math), 1-2 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceExpert Excel and PowerPoint experience required, SAP & PowerBI experience is a plusHigh proficiency and ability to compile data, develop canned reports and create and analyze spreadsheetsOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-taskExperience in creating new processes and implementing across cross-functional partnersMaintains high level of accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter and intellectually curiousPrior budgeting and forecasting experience preferred, not requiredComfortable working independently and in collaborative manner in a cross-functional environmentProficient in MS Office, SAP, Enterprise Planning, and Business Intelligence systems knowledge preferred #LI-JB2 #LI-Hybrid ABOUT
