Summary

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties
  • You will serve as a leader or a member of a project team to implement new cybersecurity technologies, policies and procedures.
  • You will utilize technical expertise with a variety of enterprise security tools (such as web filtering, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning and patching/remediation, anti-virus, log management) to implement a layered defense-in-depth security posture.
  • You will apply a strong technical background in Microsoft and/or Linux/Unix server, virtualization, desktop operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and network design and monitoring to execute a cybersecurity incident response program.
  • You will exercise strong project management experience and apply well-developed interpersonal communication and writing skills to advise team members and colleagues regarding cybersecurity issues and concerns to recommend course(s) of action.
  • You will be responsible for providing inputs to Systems Security Plans as required for network certification and accreditation using the Department of Navy's Risk Management Framework.
