Lead Patron Shuttle Bus Driver

The Lead Patron Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for overseeing the training and development of Patron Shuttle Bus Drivers while assisting with safely transporting employees or guests around casino locations in a timely manner utilizing casino shuttles. Duties include ensuring that the casino shuttle buses are clean and presentable at all times, answering questions about the casino and reporting incidents and safety hazards to department manager as necessary. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $24.34 increasing to $24.92 upon successful completion of 90-day orientation period.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience & Requirements:All drivers must have at least 3 years CDL experience in the type of vehicle assigned to the driver
Must have a valid Washington State Drivers License and Class B CDL with passenger endorsements

Ride-share and food delivery experience do not count as commercial driving experience.
Previous customer service experience (recommended)
Physical Requirements:Must be able to reach, grasp, stand and walk while cleaning the exterior and interior of the casino shuttle buses
Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds with the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:Must provide a recent copy of driving abstract
Must be able to work all scheduled shifts and to include day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
Must be able to pass an illegal drug screening and thorough background check for a IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
