Your Responsibilities

As a representative of TruGreen, you are tasked with fostering positive relationships between our clients and our products. You assist our customers in enjoying their outdoor living spaces to the fullest.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering lawn treatments in a timely manner
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues through service calls and other forms of communication
  • Providing product recommendations and promoting services to both new and existing customers, thereby expanding our customer base
  • Completing various documentation, such as production reports, sales forms, customer invoices, daily vehicle inspection reports, and service cancellation/skip notices
  • Important note: All roles mandate possession of a valid driver's license, with some positions necessitating relevant state or local certifications

All work for this position must be carried out within the United States.
