Summary

You will serve as a SUPV TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (SIMULATIONS) in the Trainers and Simulation Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.



Duties
  • You will oversee a training budget to verify all training and operations program requirements are met.
  • You will analyze individual and group training and development needs to monitor the effectiveness of programs.
  • You will instruct personnel in multiple virtual and constructive simulations.
  • You will develop employee performance standards to assess quality and level of work accomplishment.
