Do you possess the technical expertise and a passion for product innovation? Join us in our "Roof & Components (RC)" business unit, where we design and manufacture roof systems for various vehicles, including those for autonomous driving. Be a part of our success story by utilizing your skills and enthusiasm to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, preparing, and documenting the execution of measurement requests in the laboratory, including adapting holding fixtures, modifying measurement programs, and preparing reports
  • Conduct measurements as per requests using existing programs, verify results, assess compliance (if necessary), and document test outcomes
  • Contribute to defining measurement concepts and systems, validating them in coordination with experts, and establishing relevant standards
  • Support fixture adjustments for geometric deviations (shimming)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of GD&T principles
  • Prior experience in operating coordinate measuring machines with a focus on the impact of measurement strategy on process uncertainty
  • Strong spatial awareness and basic knowledge of statistics
  • Familiarity with manufacturing technology, processes, and an analytical problem-solving approach
  • Knowledge of key Quality tools and processes in the automotive industry, such as IATF16949, APQP
  • Basic comprehension of product liability law and HSE regulations
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime on weekends
