The High-End Sales Associate will be responsible for providing personalized service and expert advice to our high-end clientele. This is not a traditional retail sales position; rather, it requires a deep understanding of luxury products and the ability to cultivate relationships with affluent customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, including personalized shopping experiences and expert product recommendations.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including jewelry, watches, accessories, and other luxury items.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and reach out to potential new clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and memorable shopping experience for customers.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday-Saturday

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a polished and sophisticated attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
