Inventory Control Supervisor

Location: 504 Advantage Ave. Aberdeen, M

Gordon Food Service delivers daily to restaurants, healthcare operations, and schools so our customers depend on us- and we depend on our warehouse team for excellence Join our team as an Inventory Control Supervisor and help ensure current and accurate inventory control of each product line in the distribution center. You'll be leading and supporting a team of warehouse associates from Monday to Friday 1st shift but must be Flexible.

Does this look like you?
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of warehouse experience required
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
  • Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification is preferred
  • Written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Mathematical knowledge to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies
  • Must have a basic understanding of DOT, OSHA, EEOC, and other related regulatory agencies and laws
  • Successfully passing a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check
