What to Expect:
Operates a limited service bar such as portable bars for private parties and banquets.
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, receives and records payment at time of sale, and maintains inventory of stock.
Ensures bar is in a presentable and sanitary condition. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. May be assigned to any Food and Hospitality facility on a temporary or permanent basis as needed. Performs other related duties as required.Must walk or stand for prolonged periods of time. Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs. independently and objects over 45 lbs. with assistance.
Work is normally performed inside with adequate light, heat and fresh air. Incumbents are exposed to the possibility of chapped hands, bruises, and cuts.
