Job Description

The Benefits Delivery team at Marriott International HQ is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the administration of Marriott's benefits plans, ensuring high performance, engagement, and satisfaction among associates. In addition, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain plan operations, ensure compliance, and optimize benefits systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Program Administration + Compliance
    • Manage various benefit plan administration activities
    • Support internal and external communications efforts
    • Implement benefit program changes to meet business needs
    • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
    • Provide guidance for ongoing plan operations
    • Resolve escalated issues and collaborate cross-departmentally for solutions
    • Assist with benefits audits and accounting activities
    • Partner with internal teams for policy oversight and compliance
    • Contribute to special projects as required
  • Data Analysis, Integrity + Technology
    • Analyze benefit enrollments, contributions, and key metrics
    • Work with large datasets to drive process improvements
    • Generate data reports and ensure data integrity
    • Support user acceptance testing for system enhancements
    • Understand data flow between benefits technology, Payroll, and HRIS

    Education And Experience
    • Required
      • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or related field
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
      • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
    • Preferred
      • Knowledge of Benefits, HR, Health Insurance, or retirement
      • Previous experience in project management
