Medical Director of Primary Care

- Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Average patient volume per day is 10-12 patients
- Responsibilities will be 50% clinical patient care and 50% leadership
- Board certification as an advanced practice provider
- Minimum four (4) years experience in providing care as a medical provider for underserved individuals in a community clinic setting
- Minimum two (2) years experience in established leadership capacity within a healthcare setting required
- Preferred: addictions medicine certification, Spanish language proficiency, or willingness to develop these skills
- Must have full prescriptive powers in Oregon with a DEA number
- Generous paid time off plan beginning at 4 weeks per year at the time of hire. Accrual increases with longevity.

Where You'll Work
Central City Concern's Old Town Clinic offers quality health care to all on a sliding fee scale in the heart of Portland, Oregon's Chinatown neighborhood. Clinicians provide both primary and naturopathic care, perform preventive exams, treat injuries, perform minor procedures, and provide and coordinate mental health and addiction treatment. Old Town Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is recognized as a 5-star Patient-Centered Medical Home.
