Transaction Processing Associate I

9 am – 5:30 pm, M-F/EST

$15.00/Hr. /great Benefits from day one.

Job Track Description:

  • Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.
  • Performs tasks based on established procedures.
  • In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
  • Onsite training will be 9 am – 5:30 pm, M-F. This will be used to learn the client applications and daily

Processes.

  • Daily processes include, but are not limited to:
  • Printing emails and attachments
  • Working with O365 (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Folding paper and putting into envelopes
  • Using other client applications to ensure everything that is due is completed
  • Restocking the printer with paper and ink
  • Clearing printer jams
  • Maintaining inventory for printer supplies

  • Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
  • Captures information based on client requirements.
  • Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
  • Ensures transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is.$23,560 minimum -$29,450 midpoint.
