Job Responsibilities:
  • We invite you to join us as Feature Lead Loan IQ Analyst. The role is responsible for analysing business requirements with related technical information and aligning it to the business strategies teams for developing, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications in the Loan IQ syndicated lending space.
  • The Lead Loan IQ Analyst will work closely with Business Partners, Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Testing teams.
  • The responsibilities of this position include providing assistance, advice, and solutions for production issues with the vendor-supplied Loan IQ application and customizations created at Company.
  • Task for this role will include writing documents that map business requirements with Loan IQ data elements.
  • As lead you would then guide developers to make sure they understand the business perspective as well bring the solution to completion in production.
  • The position requires an ability to investigate problems, identify their root cause, suggest solutions and pathways, and drive them to completion with the teams.
  • Candidate needs knowledge of the Commercial Lending business and notably the Finastra Loan IQ Software.
  • The candidate must coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to complete tasks and resolve issues.

  • This position is responsible for innovation, solutions and capabilities development, deployment maintenance, and support of information technology functions.
  • Whether you are building applications from scratch, debugging existing solutions, or collaborating with various teams/team members, your analytical leadership skills will be tested, and your knowledge base will grow as you rise to meet the challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Business Analyst with 4 years or more of current and relevant experience in:
  • Commercial Banking and Loan Syndication experience
  • LoanIQ knowledge and experience - Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and navigation
  • Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills; must be able to demonstrate an ability to be a self-starter and work closely and efficiently with Subject Matter Experts from Lending and Accounting functional areas
  • Will work on an Agile team to define, develop and test new features and solve business problems for our global Loan Operations Team.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of LoanIQ data model
  • Ability to construct SQL queries
  • Familiarly with Loan IQ Notices and Invoices
  • Knowledge of Loan IQ configuration
