Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Information Systems Security Officer to join our team in the Orlando, FL.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Information System Management from an ABET accredited institution or IA/CS technology field
- Ten (10) years of engineering experience with five (5) of those years in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity (IA/CS) experience.
- Ten (10) years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) DODI I.
- Ten (10) years of experience performing security control continuous monitoring, security audits, risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies for DoD information systems.
- Possess CISSP, GSLC or CISM DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Manager Level II in accordance with DOD 8570.0l-M.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Performing vulnerability assessments using Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), the Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker, incorporating automated Benchmarks.
- Implementing operating systems and network devices security configuration in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) approved Security Technical Implementation Guides.
- Identifying Common Criteria and National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) certified technologies and the DISA Approved Products List (APL).
- Preparing certification letters and Memoranda of Agreement (MoA) with system owners for interface and networking implementations.
- Using the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide.
- Possess DoD Approved Baseline Certification as Information Assurance Manager Level II
Security Clearance Requirements:
- U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Move about freely in an office / laboratory setting.
