Purpose:
\r

Responsible for accurate and timely processing of wholegood sales. This position directly impacts the company financial objectives, ensuring they are met for ongoing stability and viability. \r

Wholegood Sales Operations:
Maintains accounting processes, systems and practices that record and track all accounting transactions on a timely and accurate basis from source document through Financial Statement \t \t\tProvides effective processing of wholegood sales tickets in an accurate, professional and timely manner \t\tConducts UCC lien searches, communicates with lien holders and secures UCC terminations or letters of no interest \t\tAssists with entering vendor invoices, completes settlements, and reconciles statements and floor plan accounts in a timely and accurate manner \t\tAssists with processes customer contracts through various finance companies \t\tEnsures that all sales paperwork is completed accurately \t\tEnsures all warranty registrations are completed in a timely manner \t\tMaintains all relevant files \t\tCooperatively supports other sales support personnel as required \t \t \t

Location Support:
Provides support to locations in ways that ensure timely and accurate transactions \t \t\t

Cooperatively field questions to support location financials/accounting practices \t\tProvides appropriate administrative support services for the Sales staff \t\tProvide support for business system questions \t \t \tStrategy and Planning:

Make suggestions for process improvement as related to sales accounting \t \t \tCommunications:
Ensures excellent communication with locations and with corporate operations. \r

Requirements:
\r

\tCollege level accounting classes, degree in related field, or accounting/bookkeeping experience \tExperience with UCC Lien filings preferred \tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail \tStrong communication, organization, and customer service skills \tEfficient data entry and computer skills \tExpertise with computer systems, including MS office and internet-based applications \tExcellent proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) \tAbility to follow direction and desire to learn \tAbility to work extended hours as necessary to meet monthly accounting deadlines \tAcceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver's license, and ability to operate motor vehicle
