Some Key Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, annual certifications/licenses
Provide the highest quality of service to your internal and external customer and guests.
Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support department associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established standards.
Test, examine, and maintain hotel's life safety systems to ensure they are 100% operational at all times.
Provide accommodations that are safe for our guests and a work environment equally as safe for our associates.
Repairs and Routine Maintenance of all operating systems, experience working with warranties.
Organized with operating requirements, and preventative maintenance tracking.
Provide clear and timely communication to General Manager on concern areas.
