Program Medical Director

Position Highlights:

  • Provide leadership to the general surgery staff and implement strategies to advance the surgical program.
  • Split your day between dedicated administrative time and surgical procedures, no trauma cases are required.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled surgical team, Advanced Practice Providers, a MAGNET-accredited nursing team, with access to the da Vinci Robot onsite.
  • Excellent base salary with leadership stipend, executive-level benefits, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and more

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in general surgery with a minimum of 5 years of surgical experience.
  • A proven track record of surgical leadership is highly preferred.
