Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Full-time, Part-time or PRN Physical Therapist at Springs of Catawba, a dynamic and innovative Assisted and Independent Living health campus located in Hickory, NC. You must hold an active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license to apply for this position.

Qualifications:
  • Must have an active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license
  • Proven track record of successful patient care experience
  • Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
