Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and implementation of Reltio MDM projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

· Oversee project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring that all members are aligned with project objectives.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of Reltio MDM solutions.

· Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

· Manage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

· Ensure that all project documentation is complete current and stored appropriately.

· Facilitate project meetings including kick-off status updates and post-mortem reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management and Reltio MDM.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that Reltio MDM solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications.

· Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Reltio MDM and related processes.

· Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards in all project activities.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong technical background in Reltio MDM with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

· Have a good understanding of Data Models and their application in MDM solutions.

· Demonstrate excellent project management skills including planning execution and risk management.

· Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities to drive project success.

· Show proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[170, ,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock options, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
