Steward Utility Cleaner

Under the direction of the Executive Steward the Steward Utility Cleaner will ensure the cleanliness of the food and beverage venues and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, including deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities.Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all kitchen equipment including cutting board, steam tables, deep fryers, boiler, ovens, steamers, stock pots, speed racks, and shelves, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, dishwashing machine, etc.Removes trash/laundry bags and transports to/from laundry pick-up or dumpsters.Cleans all flooring including sweeping and mopping of wood, tile, and vinyl flooring (use of power equipment as needed.)One (1) year of relevant work experience in Stewarding or Environmental ServicesSnoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO).You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
