We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience while working to meet sales objectives This is a DIRECT HIRE position; work with our client on DAY 1

Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Process orders, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns.
Sell and promote LP Gas products, quoting prices and creating sales contracts.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing.
Support inside and outside sales teams by managing accounts receivable and fostering communication.
Participate in outbound call programs to generate leads.
Travel occasionally to customer locations (up to 10%).

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of LP Gas products and industry regulations (a plus).

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
Valid driver's license, must pass background check and drug test.
