  • This is a broad based role encompassing the areas of finance, marketing, operations, and leasing / sales. The ability to handle a broad range of sometimes disparate activities.
  • Verbal and written communication that is a professional and appropriate for the situation.
  • A "solutions oriented" approach to incidents that arise, and habit of not getting rattled when something unexpected comes up
