Position Summary: The Street Team is responsible for representing the Stockton Kings inside and outside of Stockton Arena. Street Team seeks and establishes relationships with fans, events, and organizations. Street Team members are expected to have a positive outgoing attitude as well as a diligent and detail-oriented work ethic. Street Team members are responsible for generating interest in the Stockton Kings from the public at a variety of events and games by creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as brand ambassador for the Stockton Kings to promote brand awareness.
  • Assist with promotional elements at Stockton Kings events in and out of Stockton Arena.
  • Assist in expanding the Stockton Kings database through community involvement.
  • Able to assist mascots during any events on top of off-site appearances.
  • Contribute to locating events and opportunities for street team activity
  • A ssists the game presentation, community, and sales team on game days with Fan Experiences, Pregame
  • Events, gift redemption, and in-seat deliveries.
  • Offer a unique memorable experience for guests and exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Understand the purpose of each event and execute with professionalism.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and talented individual with excellent non-verbal communication skills to entertain fans.
  • Means of transportation to and from events.
  • Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally.
  • Assist with the set-up, execution, and break-down of daily events and/or promotions.
  • Positive outlook/ attitude.
  • Ability to separate work from personal life, come with a professional attitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including cold, wind, rain, and heat.
  • Shifts will be from 2-8 hours in duration; starting wage is $16.00 per hour.
  • Flexible schedule for games and events, which includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
