Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Pick up and drop off keys
  2. Clean restrooms
  3. Replenish supplies
  4. Sweep & mop hard surface floors
  5. Vacuum carpeted floors
  6. Dust and disinfect surfaces
  7. Empty trash and replace liners

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Legally authorized to work in the United States
  2. Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
  4. Ability to pass criminal background check
  5. Flexible and adapt well to change
  6. Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team
  2. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
  3. Dependable, always punctual for shifts
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Efficient time management skills

Candidates without experience will be considered if they have a strong willingness to learn and a variety of other skills or personality traits that fit the position requirements.
