Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Assist with procedures such as dermal fillers, venipuncture, and ventilator management
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working as a nurse in various settings such as behavioral health, memory care, or family planning
- Ability to work with diverse patient population
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications
- Knowledge of medical coding and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
