Job Description

AECOM is seeking a software Technician (Remote) for immediate employment for our Austin Office. The position will include attending meetings with the customer and development team, providing software support for tasks given by the customer and software lead, providing weekly status to the project manager. The candidate is expected to work independently from home without supervision.

** Position Responsibilities**
Provide status of tasks to Software lead during developer scrum.
Provide customer support for Lonestar system and assist users in troubleshooting issues concerning Lonestar software.
Provide customer support for the installation of Lonestar upgrades.
Track and manage software issues using Jira application.
Maintain/update Lonestar software application as required.
Provide software testing for bug fixes and code enhancements.
Create/maintain Tableau dashboards on demand from input provided by customer.
Attend monthly contract meeting with customer to provide input and present status on software fixes.
Participate in formal testing of major releases of the Lonestar software at the customer's testing facility in Austin.
Coordinate with customer and assist with installation of monthly windows updates to customer's servers.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

** Minimum Requirements:**
High School + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Drug and Alcohol test required for this position
An MVR check will be conducted

** Preferred Qualifications:**
5 years experience in work force
Lonestar Application Software – 2 yrs
Tableau Experience – 2 yrs
Jira Experience – 1 yr
Microsoft SQL Server – 1 yr
Visual Studio/C# - Windows Forms – 1 yr
ServiceNow – 1 yr
