JOB TITLE: Medical Director

FOCUS:

Our Medical Directors (MDs) lead our hospitals in delivering exceptional medical care, following the VEG Way. They are experienced emergency veterinarians who aspire to develop their hospital and team. Our MDs are servant leaders who prioritize their team's needs, uphold honesty in leadership, and are dedicated to mentorship. They ensure top-tier customer experience by acting with integrity, authenticity, and humility while promoting VEG's core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hold a DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of 24/7 ER experience & critical case management
  • Possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and providing top-notch medical care
  • Preferred training in emergency surgery/endoscopy
  • Demonstrate servant leadership qualities and a passion for supporting their team and community
