Summary

These positions are located in Point Reyes National Seashore, in the Division of Visitor and Resource Protection.

Duties

You will direct traffic at various locations within Point Reyes National Seashore, California, providing park visitors with complete and accurate park and area information in person.

You will be responsible for controlling the congestion in parking lots and roads. You will explain regulations and provide clear and concise directions. You may provide roving, informal interpretation on park beaches, trails, and at the historic lighthouse.

Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. Each position will have a 2 week non-pay period between October 1 and November 15. The hours per week will be no less than 16 hours per week and no fewer than 32 hours per Pay Period with occasional holidays worked.
