Responsibilities
- Imaging, Configuration, and Troubleshooting: You'll handle the imaging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of personal computers and software. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: As an engineer, you'll create comprehensive documentation and run reports. Clear communication and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
