Opportunity:
Currently, the facility is in search of a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its multi-specialty clinic as an Adult Psychiatrist. The role offers a diverse practice setting, flexible scheduling with no weekend shifts or on-call requirements. Utilizing a system-wide EPIC EMR, the organization welcomes applications from both practicing psychiatrists and new graduates, with J-1 and H-1b candidates encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
The compensation package is highly competitive, with a base salary reaching around $250,000 for new graduates. Additional perks include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, generous PTO with 27 days annually, $120,000 allocated for student loan repayment per year, a $3,000 CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package encompassing malpractice and tail coverage.
