Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach the maintenance team
  • Assign and oversee maintenance requests and work orders
  • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
  • Improve efficiency by evaluating operations, work area design, and processes
  • Maintain relationships with service providers and contractors
  • Generate reports to track maintenance and utilities consumption
  • Develop training programs for technicians
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Optimize the use of the plant's CMMS system
  • Manage spare parts inventory

Prior Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum Associate's degree preferred
  • 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience with SQF, GMP, and SOP training
  • Familiarity with SAP and LOTO
