Summary

Duties
  • You will participate in the substantive development of cases in an office conducting enforcement activities.

  • You will prepare legal documents requiring independent legal research and analysis.
  • You will be the subject matter expert on preparing, maintaining, and managing client case files for courts-martial or administrative separation boards.
  • You will interview clients and witnesses to obtain and verify information.
  • You will deliver formal or informal presentations/training regarding legal or administrative procedure to appropriate audiences.
