That's why we have set up our associate position for a long term relationship where both parties win. A great long term associate position can be found if set up correctly.

Both of our current associates made $150k last year and work 3 days per week with no additional marketing required.

Not everyone was built to own their own clinic so our available position makes it financially sound where you don't have to in order to make an incredible living.

We believe in a healthy work/life balance and go to great lengths to make sure burnout does not happen. Most docs don't love drumming up new patients from outside marketing events so we don't make you do that.

We offer a true coaching experience so we can train you how to communicate effectively to patients so that they understand the importance of your recommendations for care.

Our systems based office is designed to take the guesswork out of treatment plans.

Our office has been successfully serving Vancouver for over 16 years and has a high retention rate with our patients.

We have consistently collected over $1.5M per year. Our specialty is keeping healthy bodies healthy through chiropractic and massage. We see a decent amount of children for wellness care. We don't offer nutrition programs, modalities, lasers, taping, ART, Graston or any other fancy technique. We keep the main thing the main thing so as to not dilute our purpose. • 30 minute new patient exam slots and 30 minute report of findings. Subsequent adjustments are scheduled 3 patients per 15 minutes.

*Chirotouch software experience preferred but not required

*Digital X-ray onsite and used on most new patient exams

*sEMG and Thermal scanning used on every new patient and re-exams

We need someone who loves chiropractic, with great adjusting skills, who understands the benefit of regular chiropractic care, and who enjoys efficient systems to accomplish the overall goal of helping people optimize their human potential.

*Get paid well: $4,000/month base salary, then switch to 30% of collections from $14-25k, 35% of collections from $25-35k, and 40% of collections over $35k. Our associates have had their collections over $25k/month for a few years now. You do the math

*Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays needed with occasional coverage.

*One on one coaching with clinic owner. I've already spent thousands on coaching and systems development. Let me teach you how to have a healthy, wellness oriented practice.
