Caregiver for elderly

Hello- this position is for a companion/caregiver for my father. Our family speaks Italian, English, and some Spanish. We are a very close family and enjoy spending time together. My father lives in a big city in a nice home with a pool. The caregiver will live with my father. I am their daughter and visit often.

The caregiver will be part of our family, and treated with respect as if you have always been part of our family.


  • Job Description This job requires the person to help my father every day from 5 pm 10 pm, and from 8 am 12pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
The caregiver will have one day free during the week from 10-5.

We are looking for a responsible and honest person with references who has experience in eldercare, nursing, or medical professional.

This person will assist my father with bathing, wound care, exercise, drive to doctor's appointments, and above all else is a good companion.


  • AccommodationThe caregiver would have a private bedroom and a semi private bathroom that is shared with visitors (when other family members are visiting my parents).
During the week the bathroom would be private. There is a bike provided for the caregiver to use, and the home is located near nature trails. There is also a pool for the caregiver to use at the home. We encourage caregivers to explore the area either on a bike or by walking.
