Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lineman to join our dynamic team.

As a Lineman at Freedom Aerial, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair aerial lines and equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the integrity of aerial infrastructure.

Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and achieve project objectives.

Operate specialized equipment, such as bucket trucks and line trucks, with precision and caution.

Uphold a commitment to safety by adhering to established protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Lineman apprenticeship program preferred.

Proven experience as a Lineman in the aerial services industry, with a strong understanding of technical principles and best practices.

Proficiency in operating aerial equipment and tools, with a focus on safety and precision.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL may be required.

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical stamina and dexterity.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
