Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

  • Adults with severe & persistent mental illness
  • Will have office-based appointments and community-based appointments
  • For community, will always be accompanied by a case manager or RN
  • Some local travel
  • Required to participate in call/rounding rotation for Yakima inpatient units

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctorate degree in nursing or nursing practice with psychiatric mental health specialization
  • Registered Nurse license and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Washington
  • ANCC certification as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
  • Federal DEA registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
  • Preferred Qualification: One year of experience as a psychiatric prescriber for the designated patient age group being served
