An innovative healthcare system seeks a dedicated hematologist for an incredible opportunity in Eastern Pennsylvania. Recognized nationally for its commitment to patient care, medical education, research, and community, this is an excellent opportunity to join a large and stable healthcare system within a robust division to include over 30 hematology/oncology physicians.
Opportunity HighlightsStrong referral system to include over 500 employed primary care physiciansAbility to practice focused or exclusive hematology depending on individual interestFocus or interest in bone marrow transplantation is a plus but not requiredWork would include a focus on leukemia with some lymphoma as wellWeekend call schedule of 1:8Opportunity to participate in NIH funded research and regularly available clinical trialsOn-site access to infusion, radiation, hospice, palliative care, and pathologyCompetitive compensation package to include signing bonus, relocation, and student loan reimbursementExcellent benefits offering to include health, life, dental, retirement with match, paid malpractice, and generous time off
