We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team, offering a unique opportunity within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will involve focusing on multicultural markets, specifically Hispanic and African American audiences.

This position may require occasional travel to our office in Cedar Knolls, NJ.

What it takes:

  • Proven ability to manage internal and client stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with agency team members
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Effective in dealing with pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with digital workflow

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in an agency, preferably in healthcare advertising
  • Experience in managing both print and digital projects
  • Track record of handling projects of varying complexity, including digital development
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely deliverables
  • Experience in overseeing application implementations is a plus
  • Experience with budgeting and estimates management
  • Advocating for process improvements and best project management practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools; familiarity with Mac is beneficial
  • Knowledge of web and film production
  • Familiarity with social media marketing
