Job Opportunity

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to fuel growth in capital equipment projects within the North American food & beverage market
  • Offer innovative water treatment and reuse solutions to clients in the food & beverage sector
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in food & beverage companies, engineering consultants, and EPC's
  • Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and deliver customized value-based solutions
  • Create a robust pipeline of promising projects that yield short, medium, and long-term success
  • Forge strong partnerships with other Veolia entities to leverage synergies and support mutual growth initiatives
  • Integrate aftermarket services, products, and chemical offerings alongside core solutions
  • Build effective relationships and collaborate across various internal functions such as operations, engineering, and project management
  • Utilize technology tools to track opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry
  • At least 3 years of sales or applications/process engineering experience

  • Prior involvement in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and commercial astuteness
  • Proven capability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated success in exploring new markets and establishing client relationships
  • Expertise in various water treatment technologies including membrane treatment, biological treatment, and thermal evaporation
  • Experience in managing complex capital projects and commercial contracts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform
