The Loan Processor is responsible for accurately managing loan documentation through our established systems, and reviewing the documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with current internal and external banking regulations and policies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review initial loan approval and work with lender/loan assistant to ensure documents are accurate and sent within specific timeframe requiredInput/review loan information within Laser Pro SoftwarePerform review process before loan is sent for closing. This process includes, but is not limited to, confirm accuracy of loan amount, loan rate, term, purpose, escrow balances, legal description, review settlement statements and corporate documentsOther duties as assigned.

Education And/Or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalentTwo (2) to three (3) years of loan processing experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Familiar with loan process and required documentationStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented and ability to work under pressure of deadlines
