Seeking a Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to step into a fully established practice with high volume patient base.

  • The practice cares for patients referred from 70+ primary care physicians and the Hospitals emergency and trauma departments.
  • Join a full-service practice with 5 orthopedic surgeons, 9 Physician Assistants and a non-surgical sports medicine physician
  • Trauma call 1:5
  • Practice call 1:5
  • In-office imaging and PACS/EMR system
  • Newly constructed 90,000 sq ft medical office complex
  • Hospital has 18 ORs; Ambulatory Surgery Center had 6 ORs
  • Team physicians for local Division 1 University

Requirements

  • Must have an MD or DO
  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.

Hospital

  • 400-bed regional tertiary hospital serving west central Pennsylvania.
  • Accredited level II trauma, stroke and chest pain center, and a regional oncology center.
  • Additional signature services include comprehensive cardiology/cardiovascular surgery, behavioral health, bariatrics, maternity, robotic surgery, and wound care.
  • 4-star CMS hospital with a Leapfrog A grade in patient safety.
  • The medical staff is comprised of approximately 400 primary care and specialty physicians, including full-service hospitalists, intensivists and a team of interventional radiologists.
