We are looking for a motivated Senior Director/VP, Professional Services to spearhead the development of a new Services function. This role involves identifying market opportunities, collaborating with various teams, designing offerings, pricing strategies, and educating Client Solutions. The Services offered will cater to our retail, agency, and brand partners.

This global sales leadership position reports to the GM of Global Enterprise and involves overseeing the strategy, optimization, and execution of Services on a global scale.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with global Enterprise leadership to develop the comprehensive Criteo Services offering
  • Work with SSEO teams to define offerings, pricing, and requirements
  • Present and promote the Criteo Services offering to key retail, brand, and agency partners
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and develop expansion strategies
  • Lead discussions on contracts and integrations with client teams
  • Drive the development of custom solutions for clients in collaboration with various teams
  • Set and achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Create tactical programs to meet specific goals
  • Ensure successful delivery of Services offerings to customers

Who You Are

  • Experience in leading Services functions in a global adtech organization
  • Track record of building relationships, partnerships, and growing business in a data-driven environment
  • Consultative sales experience in multiplatform technology or similar fields
  • Demonstrated ability to address client challenges effectively
  • Strong industry connections in retail and major brands
  • Knowledge of advertising agencies and the media landscape
  • Passion for new media technology and innovation in online advertising
  • Technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Understanding of online advertising and retail/e-commerce
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success

Compensation is determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and location. The salary range for this position is $190,720 to $239,952 annually.
