About the Internship:
The Customer Success Operations team is looking to fill two internship positions for the upcoming term: one focusing on Risk/Health Analysis and the other on CRM Engagement for Summer 2024.

Depending on the candidate's background and interests, the role may focus on one or more of the following: (1) risk/health analysis; (2) CRM engagement strategies; (3) data analysis; or (4) customer communications and engagement. The projects and efforts of these interns will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer success operations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients. These focus areas may span across various aspects of our operations at both the strategic and operational levels.

Our 8-week summer internship program will run from June 3rd to July 26th, 2024.

Interns will work closely with the leadership of the Customer Success Operations team, gaining exposure to strategic discussions and operational challenges. Each intern will also lead a project aimed at improving some aspect of our customer success operations, allowing them to apply their skills and knowledge to real-world scenarios. Specific projects can be tailored to align with the interests and goals of the selected candidates.

  • You're eager to learn and contribute to conducting risk and health analysis, with a strong interest in supporting the development of our customer health scoring system.
  • You have a willingness to assist in the re-evaluation of existing risk codes and are excited about the opportunity to explore new risk types and methodologies.
  • Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you're eager to work with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers, to gather insights and data.
  • You're enthusiastic about developing skills in creating customer engagement cadences and templates, particularly within CRM systems, and are excited to learn and grow in this area.
  • You possess basic marketing and communication skills and are eager to develop them further by crafting content for customer communications.
  • You're open to working closely with the marketing team, gaining exposure to their strategies and contributing where possible to ensure alignment with overall messaging and branding.

  • Pursuing or possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.

  • This internship is remote, U.S. based
  • This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
