Our client, one of the largest banks in the US with wealth management, investment banking, and international business, is seeking an Application Programmer V

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Position Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:
  • Role design, configuration, testing, and deployment methodology as applicable to our Bank Oracle application architecture
  • Provide functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Configure the Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
  • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle EBS / Cloud (functionality and guide technical team for technical design specifications and solution for Data Conversions / Extracts, application extensions, Reports and Interfaces with other applications.
  • Identify functionality gaps, perform POCs and develop solutions / workarounds
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials
  • Expertise in Fusion OTBI reporting.
  • Familiar with BI publisher reports.
  • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
  • Work closely with the technical teams in analysis, design, development and testing cycles.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex system and user issues and coordinate issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as needed
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Skills/ Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge of Segregation of Duty frameworks
  • Knowledge of business processes and controls for Oracle Financials
  • Knowledge of security features in OTBI and BIP
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) User Administration configuration and administration
  • Knowledge of Oracle GRC - Advanced Access Controls and Advanced Financial Controls - configuration and administration
  • Oracle EBS Financials Techno Functional expertise in Financial modules (Tax, AP, FA and GL) (10+ years)
  • Oracle ERP Cloud Techno Functional expertise in Financial modules Tax, AP, FA and GL (2+ Years)
  • Oracle EBS Financial experience in Tax Localizations (3-4 Years)
  • Oracle Cloud Financials ( AP, Payments, Tax, FA)
  • Payment Process through our Bank and other Banks
  • Oracle BIP, PL/SQL
  • Oracle Cloud Financials ( AP, SLA, Payments, Tax, FA, BIP)
  • Autosys jobs, Shell Scripts
  • Oracle BIP, PL/SQL
  • 10+ years experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS Financial modules (AP, Payments, Tax, FA, GL) implementation / upgrade projects.
  • 1+ years experience as a Techno Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion / Cloud Financial modules (AP, FA, GL) implementation / upgrade projects.
  • Expertise in Autosys jobs creation / scheduling, Shell scripts
  • Expertise in building scripts to invoke Webservices (SOAP / REST)
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate working in a dynamic project environment.
