Job Tittle: DevOps Infra Engineer (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD for Salesforce and a good understanding of MuleSoft Platform Admin. This role involves working on complex infrastructure projects ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes and contributing to the overall success of our technology initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
- Oversee the integration of various tools and platforms to streamline deployment processes.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and managing CI/CD tools.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes and best practices.
- Implement automation scripts to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of CI/CD processes to align with industry standards.
- Support CICD tool stack for customer applications and work with Development and L2 teams for issue resolution.
- Must have expertise and good knowledge on DevOps domain Infra CI/CD Pipelines Jenkins Github SONARQUBE. Nice to have experience in Gradle OpenShift Jfrog Artifactory NexusIQ Nexus Repository.
- Performing the First Level of Analysis for failed Jenkins jobs and providing resolutions to fix the job.
- Working on Root Cause Analysis for recurring issue and able to follow up provide suggestions/solutions as permanent fix.
- Create implementation guidelines and help the developer community to solve problems faced in their value streams.
- Support CICD tool stack for its high availability and performing upgrades.
- Evaluating the PII (Productivity Impacting Incidents) Loss Hours that was reported by Developers/Testers.
- Well utilizing the Knowledge Base repository as reusable assets and maintaining the Knowledge Base repo to resolve DevOps & Jenkins pipeline related issues.
- Open to learn new technology and concepts and adopting quickly as per the requirement.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
