Job Summary

The Supervisor- Nuclear I&C will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide direction and supervision of I & C technicians.
  • Direct and coordinate maintenance activities on instrumentation systems.
  • Provide support and interface with other departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate work load for I and C technicians and perform administrative duties.
  • Analyze and prepare responses to station deviations, commitments and audits.
  • Develop departmental procedures for systems, review and approve procedures/procedure changes.
  • Preparing annual performance appraisals for assigned employees

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of the Instrument Technician Development Program or equivalent training and development.
  • Shall have a minimum of 4 years experience in craft or discipline to be supervised

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Associate

Preferred Discipline: Technical

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred disciplines(s) listed above.
