The pay rate for this job is $32 - $38 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises employees while continuing to perform bags on
* carpentry work

  • Coordinates and manages daily on-site safety meetings with Standard Employees
  • Provides constant communication with the Superintendent
  • Confers with and directs supervisory personnel engaged in planning
  • Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Strong foreman experience overseeing projects and crews
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area
  • Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site
  • Full understanding of carpentry trade
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills required
  • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment
  • Knowledge of construction methods and OSHA construction regulations and ability to read plans
  • Valid Driver License
  • Clean driving record
