We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our financial team as an Associated Director of Finance to play an integral role in supporting the financial operations and strategic decision making within the organization. This role involves a blend of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and collaboration with various functions to ensure financial objectives are in line with organizational goals. In addition, this position will be responsible for expense and/or capital controllership and implementing financial tools and operational improvements.

Influence leadership, interpret performance drivers and present complex financial information using advanced analytics techniquesProvide financial leadership to enable business to achieve strategic and operational goalsUnderstand and communicate opportunities and risks through data driven analysis, advising and influencing financial improvementsProvide accurate, insightful, and timely analysis to leadership team regarding financial results and primary drivers of business performance to uncover key drivers and influence business performanceCoordinate processes for forecasts and business planSpearhead and implement best practices and process improvements initiatives, applying advanced data analytic tools to streamline operations and enhance operational performanceServe as the subject matter expert to the business on financial policy, internal controls, and certain accounting mattersMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related business field and 5 years of experience in Finance or related role ORMBA and 3 years of experience in Finance or related roleQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
